APEX is a free, read-only web application that displays Formula 1 race schedules and results. We are committed to your privacy. In short: we do not collect, store, or sell any personal data.
Session times are converted to your local timezone entirely inside your browser using the standard JavaScript <code/> API. Your timezone is never sent to our servers or any third party.
Schedule and results data is fetched server-side from the publicly available <link/> (an open, community-maintained endpoint based on the Ergast Motor Racing Data API). No personal information is sent to this API. It only receives anonymous server requests for schedule data.
APEX can be installed as a PWA. The service worker caches static assets and race data locally on your device to enable offline access. This cache contains only application code and public F1 schedule data. It never holds personal information. You can clear this cache at any time by clearing your browser site data.
APEX is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may log standard web server information (such as IP address, request path, and timestamp) as part of their infrastructure operations. These logs are not accessible to APEX and are governed by <link/>.
For short lived hosting request logs, the legal basis is LudeHQ's legitimate interests in security, reliability, and abuse prevention under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Vercel may process request data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

This site collects effectively no personal data, so most requests will have nothing to return. To exercise a right, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
