APEX is a free Formula 1 schedule tool provided by LudeHQ, based in Larnaca, Cyprus. These terms govern your use of APEX. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service uses race data from community APIs, including Jolpica and OpenF1. Data may be incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed. Verify important dates, times, and results with official Formula 1 or FIA sources.
APEX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Formula 1 or the FIA. Formula 1, F1, FIA, team, driver, and event names and marks belong to their respective owners.
The Service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, LudeHQ makes no warranties about accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LudeHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on race data or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Larnaca have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
